Add to cream soups (leek, potato, pea, carrot, zucchini (courgette), cauliflower) before blending. Sprinkle over fish, broths, and steamed or sautéed vegetables.

Another easy use: Add ½ teaspoon Poudre des Vertus and chopped chives to fromage blanc or yogurt, then serve with new potatoes or asparagus.

Poudre des Vertus® can also be used to season shellfish and vegetable risottos, cream sauces and even veal blanquette.

I originally called this blend the “spice of life”…When I created it, I wanted it to be flavorful enough for everyday use rather than something that’s relegated to a role as a ‘health’ product. Turmeric has many health benefits.
