From the end of the 18th century, Parisians became very keen on pepper blends, including an eight-pepper blend that I have created. 

This blend is based on Cascabel Chile from Mexico. This eight-pepper blend showcases Panniyoor black pepper from India, Phu-Quoc from Vietnam, a Malabar red pepper from India, red Kampot from Cambodia, a green pepper from India, a Sansho pepper from Japan, Sichuan from China, and Timut from Nepal.
